Historical tropical-cyclone database built from satellite and aircraft observations with objective state estimation, giving hourly track, intensity, size, radius of maximum winds and extended wind radii with time-dependent uncertainty; covers North Atlantic TCs 1999–2013 (v0.42, 253 of 416 storms refined).
