Description
Cameca LEAP 4000x Si atom probe that field-evaporates tip specimens with voltage and laser pulses into a position-sensitive time-of-flight mass spectrometer, giving 3D composition with near-ppm sensitivity and sub-nm position accuracy; used on laser welds and InGaN/GaN nanowires.
